The chair is attractive and simple to assemble. It is effective for massaging the lower back. I am 6'1" and it is OK; if you are taller, it might be difficult to use.
I have chronic back pain, so I'm constantly in pain, but since I bought this, I feel so much better than before!! Hands down, the best investment. If you're thinking about purchasing it, DO IT!!
