Kinnls offers the best products that can stand up against the rigors of daily use. With limited exceptions, Kinnls provides a ten years of warranty protection on new products. All warranty periods start from the date of delivery. The product warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product only and is non-transferable.
What Our Warranty Covers:
This warranty policy lasts for 10 years after the receipt of products from Kinnls. During the warranty period, Kinnls will provide replacement parts for any damage that is due to defects in material or workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Wood, leather, or other naturally occurring color variations.
- Product failures caused by modifications to or exchanges of products that Kinnls has not authorized.
- Normal wear and tear over time, including dents, scratches, stains, fading, and tears.
- Built-in functions such as ventilation, heating, and massage are controlled by multiple factors, so only a limited warranty is provided.
- Damage caused by improper installation.
- Damage caused by exceeding the load-bearing capacity of the product.
- Damage caused by negligence, abuse, or accident.

Governing Law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California.
