Return & Refund

Before your order products packed and sent, KINNLS delivery team will check them carefully, but sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If there is an issue with your order, please take advantage of our return & refund policy.

1.ORDER CANCELLATION 

Orders Without Free Return Insurance

·Within 12 hours of the order being placed, if the item has not been shipped, we require a 10% fee of the total sale price of the item(Include handling fee of payment platform, technical service fee and site service fee-the total is 20% of the item price and Kinnls covers 10%.) for cancellation.

·After 12 hours of the order being placed, if the item has not been shipped, we require a 15% fee of the total sale price of the item (Include handling fee of payment platform, technical service fee, maintenance fee, labor cost fee and site service fee-the total is 30% of the item price and Kinnls covers 15%.) for cancellation.

·After 12 hours of the order being placed, if the item has been shipped, we require a 15% restocking fee of the total sale price of the item(Include handling fee of payment platform, technical service fee, maintenance fee, labor cost fee and site service fee-the total is 30% of the item price and Kinnls covers 15%.) and shipping fee for cancellation.

Orders With Free Return Insurance

-Within 12 hours of the order being placed, we will full refund for cancellation.

-After 12 hours of the order being placed, if the item has not been shipped, we will full refund for cancellation.

-After 12 hours of the order being placed, if the item has been shipped, we require the shipping fee for cancellation.

2.(30)-DAY RETURN POLICY

The Return

Products need to receive back to our warehouse within 30 days after the return request. We don't recevie any reture after 30 days. Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for any refund. If the product has been installed already, make sure you put them back to the original package. And a receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of products we sell. While cases are rare, damages and defects do happen once in a while. If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days of the date you've received the item. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please call or text us at +1 (213) 723-8550 or email service@kinnls.com with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws.

PLEASE NOTE:

We also provide some reasonable solutions for damaged or defective items.

For repairable damage: Likea small part damage, we will provide a new part for replacement and the customer does not need to pay the any fee.

For irreparable damage: We will redeliver a brand new item and the customer does not need to pay any fee.

 Items with Non-quality reasons

-Non-customized goods with non-quality reasons can only be returned within 3 days of the date you've received the item

-There is a 15% restocking fee(Include handling fee of payment platform, technical service fee,maintenance fee, labor cost fee and site service fee-the total is 30% of the item price and Kinnls covers 15%) charged per returned item; this fee is deducted from your refund. (Orders with Free Return Insurance don’t need to pay for it)

-Customer need to pay for the back freight if there is no quality reason.

Orders Not Eligible for Return.

·Customized items are not eligible for return.

·Sale items that clearly indicated the quality defects.

·Quality problems caused by incorrect installation.

·Items will not be returned or exchange due to National laws and Refund Policy.

 The Refund

We need to check all the returned items after we received them. Refund will commence within 14 business days after we finish check. Individual type buyers can refund from the original payment method; If the refund is not made according to the original payment method due to the buyer's request, the buyer shall bear the corresponding bank charges; Buyers of the company type are refunded by bank transfer or cheque.

3.Exchange

The exchange will be considered as return and re-purchase. Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
