Thanks for choosing Kinnls for better furniture. Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way to you. All our products are fully packaged for safe transit and will be handled by FedEx and Kinnls' delivery team.

Shipping Details:

Shipping carrier: FedEx and Kinnls' delivery team.
Processing time: ·2-3 business days for in-stock items in warehouse.
                             ·2-3 weeks for out-of-stock items or customized items.
Shipping time: 5-15 business days. Business days refer to Monday to Friday (weekends and holidays excluded).
Shipping fee: Free shipping on all orders.
Shipping area: Support shipping to The US and Europe.
Shipping from: US local warehouse(15220 Canary Ave, La Mirada, CA 90638).

*Cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations.

 

After placing an order, customer will receive:

  • A notification for order confirmation. This will include order number and order details.
  • A notification when the order has been picked up by our preferred carrier. This will include a tracking number.
  • A notification when the order has been delivered.
  • For in-stock items, customers will receive 3 emails about the whole process. 
  • For out-of-stock items, customers will receive 5 emails about the whole process.(The mail will be sent to the email address where the order was placed. Please pay attention to the junk mailbox)
  • Texts will also be sent to confirm the order and the receipt of items.

(*Each order includes real-time tracking details to ensure that package won’t get lost or stolen in transit. If your order is not delivered by the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service for assistance. Tracking Numbers will ALWAYS be sent, so that you can track it every step)

What if I cannot find my package (lost in transit)?

In rare cases, you may not be able to find their products even though the tracking information from shipping agents. PLEASE DO NOT WORRY! We are always here to help and we will make sure that you will receive the product. Please write to us via service@kinnls.com with the order number and we will resolve it for you.
