ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the order number and details. Once your order is shipped:
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number and the link for tracking.
- A notification email will be sent when the order has been delivered.
(For in-stock items, the customer will receive 3 emails about the entire process. For out-of-stock items, the customer will receive 5 or 7 emails about the entire process.)
If your order does not arrive at the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service for assistance.

We provide shipping services to most countries/regions around the world, including:
- United States: The 48 contiguous states
- Switzerland, the UK, and EU countries
Due to shipping restrictions from our carrier partners, our products cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).
PROCESSING TIME
In-stock items:
- United States: 1-2 business days
- Other countries/regions: 15-20 business days
Out-of-stock items:
- United States: 15-20 business days
- Other countries/areas: 20-30 business days
SHIPPING TIME
The shipping time range is calculated from the estimated shipping date to the delivery date. Please note that each item in one order may have a different estimated shipping date due to stock availability.
- United States: 5-10 business days

MULTIPLE SHIPMENT
Sometimes you may find that your order is delivered in multiple packages. It means that items are shipped from different warehouses for some reasons:
- We can reduce the risk of damage during shipping by packing the components separately
- Shipping from different warehouses enables you to receive the order as soon as possible.
- We can optimize our shipping costs and continue to provide you with a better shipping service.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
$50.00 or more will be charged to submit your change of address.
STORAGE FEE
If you miss the call from the courier, please contact our customer service or the courier as soon as possible. After 3 days, the courier may require a storage fee. Please do not miss your delivery appointment in case you will be charged for an additional delivery fee, such as re-delivery, storage, or return shipping costs.
LOST PACKAGES
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please try the following steps:
- Check your shipping address.
- Check the mailbox and other entrances and exits of your home.
- Check if someone else from your household or a neighbor accepted the package.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to start a claim.
If 24 hours or more have passed and you still have not received your product, please report it immediately to us and provide your order number for assistance. If the shipment is confirmed as "lost", we will be responsible for reshipment or refund according to your choice.
