The chair is very comfortable, soft and flexible, and perfect for my desk.
My husband has a lot of back problems, and this chair is fantastic for him. We both exercise a lot, and this chair is great for relaxing after a workout or right before bed. It was extremely simple to assemble and extremely comfortable once in use.
Bought this as an office chair but use it for everything! Its a relaxing chair, sleeping chair, life chair ......... Ive fallen asleep in it so many times. I love how it reclines to the perfect position. Id rather have this chair than an actaul recliner with the foot rest. Ive always hated having to put those up or down to get in/out of. My legs hang gracefully. Im 6'0 and its a perfect fit. Also, the leather is superb.
This is not your average desk chair. It feels like it belongs on an executive space ship or something.

I was also grateful for the Kinnls customer service people. After about a month I had a technical issue with the chair base, and after working with them to unsuccessfully fix it, Kinnls sent me a brand new chair replacement for free. They knocked it out of the park.

This is not a chair for relaxation; it serves a purpose. This chair's design and quality, in my opinion, far exceed expectations. I adore the chair, and it has served and exceeded its intended purpose for me.
