Due to shipping restrictions from our carrier partners, our products cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).

The shipping time range is calculated from the estimated ship date to the delivery date. Please note that each item in the order may have a different estimated shipping date due to stock availability.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the product, but you have to pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issues are involved. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Returned product must be:

-In its original package
-In new/unused condition

Products excluded from this policy and not eligible for return/refund:

1. Customized items
2. Items marked“Non-Returnable”on the product page
3. Items that are indicated to be sold at a discount due to quality issues
4. Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our warehouse.
