Everything is working perfectly, and this is the best purchase we've ever made!!!! Way more than I expected for the price, very pleased.
The chair is attractive and simple to assemble. It is effective for massaging the lower back. I am 6'1" and it is OK; if you are taller, it might be difficult to use.
I have chronic back pain, so I'm constantly in pain, but since I bought this, I feel so much better than before!! Hands down, the best investment. If you're thinking about purchasing it, DO IT!!
This chair is fantastic. It's one of the best things I've ever bought for myself.
As for the butt massage, I'm not sure if I should feel embarrassed or violated. You want to say, "Oh yeah, feels nice," but you're embarrassed to say, "You it felt good."
